Please pre-register by March 15st. We will review all applicants, and provide invitations to register by March 18th.
All applications received by the pre–registration deadline will be given full consideration. Afterward they will be treated on a rolling basis depending on space. The summer school is generously sponsored by IDEX UCAJEDI international programme and structuring programme on Physical and mathematical modeling of living systems, the Thomas Jefferson Fund and Institut de Physique de Nice. Registration fees are €150, and include lunch Mon–Fri, the conference banquet on Wed night, and all refreshments during the sessions. A limited number of fellowships are available to cover registration fees and housing, with preference given to students coming from developing countries. Please indicate on the application if you would like to be considered for one of these fellowships.
We encourage all participants present a poster with a flash talk (4 minutes + 1 slide optional). A number of participants will be selected to give a 15 min contributed talk.
After registering, you should make arrangements for housing at your earliest convenience, as Nice is a popular tourist destination, especially in the summer. If you are interested into booking a room at the venue, you should call directly the Saint Paul, and arrange with them for the payment. Prices range from €146 to €186 per night, plus €11 for breakfast. Please also check out prices on booking.com, sometimes there are cheaper offers. There are a limited number of twin rooms (€186/night), which are a good option if you are interested in sharing. Please email potential roommates to find a joint accommodation (we will provide the list of registered participants by email).
